Can I cancel, return or exchange my order?

We gladly accept cancellations before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped and due to the custom size and color choices for your decals, we no longer accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your product please feel free to email us at decalzilla@gmail.com. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied!

​How long will it take from the day I purchase my order until I get it?
Once your order is place, we will print it out and mail your decal(s) within 1-3 days. Orders usually take 3 to 7 business days to arrive and 7 to 18 business days internationally. An email will be sent to you on the day your order is mailed. 

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $1.55 for 3 - 7 business days or $3.50 for 3 - 5 business days with tracking. $5.00 for internationally 7- 18 business days or $15 with tracking for 7- 15 business days. Price for shipping on custom orders and decals over 10" may vary. Please note that our Free Shipping on orders $14 or more does not apply to Custom Orders.

How to get free shipping?

Shipping on orders $14 or more for non tracking. $28 or more for free shipping with tracking. For international, free shipping with tracking on orders $50 or more. 

Do you do Wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! Please visit the Wholesale section on our website for more info. 

May I make a correction to my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, but please email us as soon as possible with the changes. As long has we haven't mailed out your order it should be fine! Make sure the subject line says “DECAL CHANGE”. You do have the option of ordering a new decal with your changes applied if it is too late to make the changes to your first order, but you will receive and be charged for both decals. Please know that we like to get your order to you as soon as possible, so it doesn’t take us long to process your order and print it out.

What sizes can I get the decals?
We can make decals as small as 1.5"x1.5" and up to 10 Inches x 50". 

What colors do you offer?
Black, white, green, blue, light blue, yellow, red, orange, pink, purple, light brown, Lime Green, Lavender, silver and gold. We will add more in the future! Keep checking back! Remember, each computer monitor is different, so the colors you see on your computer may not be exactly what your decal turns out to be. 

Am I only able to order your products online?
Some of our decals are currently for sale at Geeky Teas in Burbank, CA. We also do many Anime and Comic Conventions around the US and we are looking into visiting other countries as well! Check our front page for all convention information.

How do you apply the decals? I’ve never done it before!
Don’t worry it’s really easy! Please click the INSTRUCTIONS link above to get a step by step guide. All decal orders also come with a set of instructions!  

How do I remove a decal?
If it’s on your car, this website has a great explication:

Can I reuse the decal once I take it off?
No, in fact if you try to take it off, it probably will not come off in one piece. Pick that one spot carefully!

How long do vinyl decals last?
It depends on where you apply the decal. Our decals are very sturdy, and can last on the back of a car window for several years and stand up well in all weather conditions.

Can I wash my car after I put on the decal?
Yes! Our decals have actually been through a few car washes and turned out just fine! We would just recommend that you wait a couple days after you first apply your decal though.
 
Can I put the decal on my car paint?
Yes, you can but when you take it off, there is a small chance of a tan line. Since car paint can fade slightly in sunlight, the area around where the decal was covering may look slightly lighter.

What are the decals made of?
They are made out of 5-year outdoor FDC vinyl.

There are two ways you can do this:

How does the pricing work out on a Custom order?
It really depends on the design and size you want. When we price we take into account; design labor, size, colors wanted, and materials. Once we get your order, we will email you back some with an estimate that also includes shipping. If you are happy with the price, we send an invoice via Paypal and once paid, get to work!  

How long will it take to get my custom decal?
That depends on the order. If we are using an image you sent us, it should take about one to five days to get ready to print. If we are drawing one for you it can take up to a week to get ready to print. Each order is different though. 

If I requested a custom hand drawn decal do I get to see the drawing before it’s sent to me?
Yes! We will draw it out for you and send it to you as a .jpeg for your approval. If you don’t like it please let us know! We want you to be happy with your decal. Our feelings will not be hurt, we promise :)

Can I order words and/or numbers?
Yes! Email us with what you want it to say, size, color, and font you would like it. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly! We will print it exactly as you send it to us.
 
If I send a picture to make into a decal, how high quality does it have to be?
The image should be at least reasonably recognizable as far as quality goes. We're pretty good at interpreting artwork from very low-quality files, but please don't make an attempt to challenge us with something that's horribly pixellated beyond recognition. If you have the vectored file, even better! Send us the image in .gif, .jpeg, .pdf, .tif or .bmp only to decalzilla@gmail.com.

Can I request a multi-color decal?
Yes you can! It does cost extra because of the extra labor and materials that goes into making a multi-colored decal. Trust us when we say it is worth it. Multi-colored decals look AWESOME! Please email us or use our online form with your idea and we can work out the price.
